White Christmas

On Christmas Eve Karen & John joined us in Calgary. It was great to have family around especially for our last Christmas in Canada. That night we celebrated John's Birthday with fruit cake and Budweiser.
Christmas day started with a lovely breakfast with Graham's mum & brother joining us as well as Jax & Joel. We had a great time opening gifts and playing with our new stuff.
After lunch we headed over to the Savill's for a catch up, it was nice seeing them all and sharing a Christmas champagne. Next we went up the hill to visit the Mytroens (our other Canadian Family) for a quick catch-up.
Dinner that night was at Graham's mothers (Meridee) house, it was a huge dinner of turkey and ham, what a delicious way to end the day.
Boxing day we all went to the Cross Iron Mills and Bass Pro for some shopping. The girls had a great time looking around the stores while John & I had a good look through Bass Pro.
The following day we headed into the Rockies to spend a night at Kananaskis to do some sight seeing. We had a great time enjoying the scenery in Banff & Lake Louise as well as the Delta Resort.

I think the Christmas gifts outgrew our tree
